I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your shop.

After my haircut was completed, the staff member who attended to me asked the cashier to charge SGD 30, although the price displayed at the shop entrance and on the price board clearly states that a haircut costs SGD 20.

When I asked about the difference, I was informed that the higher charge applied because the staff member is a Permanent Resident (PR), while other staff members are S-Pass holders. As this condition was not displayed or explained before the service, I found this confusing.

I further sought clarification and was then told that the additional SGD 10 was considered a tip. This was not discussed or agreed upon in advance, and I believe tips should always be voluntary.

I am sharing this feedback in the hope that pricing can be made clearer and more transparent for customers in the future, in line with the high service standards expected in Singapore.
